Barry Zigas is Director of Housing Policy for Consumer Federation of America. He was Senior Vice President for Community Lending at Fannie Mae from 1995-2006, and President of the National Low Income Housing Coalition from 1984-1993. He also works with nonprofits to facilitate strategic planning and program development through his consulting firm, Zigas & Associates.
